55 rashtriya rifles on Saturday installed two 100 kv transformers in village of top slain hizb commander Lateef tiger in Dogripora village of Awantipora belt of South kashmir’s Pulwama district
Locals said that transformers in Dogripora were developing technical snags frequently but civil officials failed to restore the power supply in the area.
They said their pleas were ignored by PDD officials but officials of 55 RR took cognizance of the issue and installed two 100 kv transformers in the area.
We were reeling under darkness from last one month but it has become on my possible due to the efforts of 55 RR that we got power supply in the area
