Free medical camp was organised at kuchmullah, Tral

Free medical camp was organised at kuchmullah by Govt. District Hospital Pulwama in collaboration with paramedical staff of SDH Tral. The purpose of this camp was to bring awareness amongst the deprived and underprivileged people of the area who have no access to basic healthcare centers and hospitals.

Expert doctors have given knowledge about causative and preventive ways of different diseases such as bronchitis, TB, Chest pain , Heart diseases and Diabetes.

The people came in flock and complained about different diseases and on proper consultation they were provided with free medical advice and medicine.

The expert team was lead by Dr. Feroz Ahmad from Pulwamma, said that the purpose of this camp was to make general awareness among the public and ensuing them how to get rid of chronic diseases especially among children.

General tests were also conducted on spot through modern CB NAAT machine and few people we’re diagnosed with high level of sugar, creatine and cholesterol and accordingly they were given medical instructions.

Locals and social activist Sheikh Arshid Ahmad appreciated the move especially to the dedicated doctors and urged Govt that these medical camps must be conducted in future also as the poor people living in rural areas have no access to specialist doctors and high standard medical treatment in renowned hospitals.

Moreover the people who were diagnosed with different chronic diseases in the camp will go free consultation and medication under these expert doctors.
