Tower was being errected on KahCharaie Land illegally, further legal action initiated.
PAMPORE, JULY 21:Tehsildar Pampore, Ishtiyaq Mohi ud-Din stopped field dictionaries of a cellular company from errecting a mobile tower on Kahcharaie land in Saffron town Pampore of south Kashmir’s Pulwama, officials said ,
The Tehsildar along with other revenue officials visited the spot in Frestabal area of Pampore and sealed the illegal under construction tower.
Talking to CNS , Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi-ud-Din said that they received information about installation of a mobile tower on Kahcharaie land.
“As soon as we received the information we notified the cellular company and the land donor, who has obtained documents for his proprietary land from us and then identified kahCharaie land instead of his propriety land for tower installation,” he said, adding that it is illegal to errect a tower on any kind of KahCharaie land without permission from concerned authorities.
He told CNS that they sealed the tower and initiated further legal action against the company and the land donor.“`
