Former Minister & Senior Leader JKAP Usman Majid has expressed admiration & gratitude for the steps taken by our Health Care Workers and Emergency Respondents especially Indian Army and J&K Police to meet the challenges arising out of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Usman said, "Today, we are passing through an exceptionally difficult time due to outbreak of the pandemic," But I acknowledge and appreciate the relentless services of the 'Health Warriors' who are attending the call of duty round the clock.I also salute our 'Khaki Warriors, for serving to protect everyone and discharging their duty in every corner of J&K to fight against the COVID-19 menace.
Usman said, he salutes HDF workers, Anganwari workers,Asha workers & sanitation workers who are working with dedication and courage, putting their lives at risk, on the frontlines of the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.“My deepest gratitude towards all those who are safeguarding the health of the nation and who endure long days and nights away from their families, so that ours can be safe,” Usman added.
“As a result of necessary lockdown across the J&K, many people are facing tremendous hardship due to loss of livelihood.For those with no stable income life is a daily struggle for survival.I earnestly appeal to all concerned to do everything possible to care for the vulnerable members of our communities,” said Usman Majid asking people to help those in stress.
My request to all citizens of J&K, your patience & cooperation are crucial to fight the COVID-19 menace.With concerned efforts, we will overcome the challenge.The best way to lend support to our frontline warriors is to “Stay at Home,” Usman added.
