The weatherman has forecast a fresh spell of rain and snowfall in the Kashmir Valley from today on Tuesday.
The weatherman said a fresh western disturbance storm system is approaching the region due to which rain and snowfall are likely over Jammu and Kashmir in the next two days from Tuesday.
The latest spell of downpour would be the fourth during this month. The Kashmir has so far received two spell of snowfall and one spell of rain.
