Anantnag, July 21: A 30-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide on Tuesday by hanging himself to death in South kashmir’s Brakpora area of Anantnag district.
Reports said that the Youth was shifted to Nearly Hospital after committing the act, however, doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead.
The official said that the youth was a Labour by profession and it was not immediately known as to why he took this extreme step.
He said that the proceedings under section 174 CrPc have been initiated and further investigation has been taken up in this regard.
