Says 95 per cent will be restored across valley by tomorrow
Srinagar, Jan 06 (KNO): The chief engineer distribution of power development department Wednesday said that electricity has been restored in many parts of the valley after heavy snowfall in the valley.
Talking with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Chief Engineer Distribution PDD Ejaz Ahmad said “our men are at job for restoration of electricity in Kashmir and around 90 per cent electricity has been restored in North and Central Kashmir.
He said that 80 per cent electricity had been restored in South Kashmir after heavy snowfall disrupted power scenario across the valley.
Ejaz said that hopefully by tomorrow 95 per cent electricity will be restored in Kashmir. “In Srinagar we have restored 95% of electricity,” he added—(KNO)
