Fishermen allegation are baseless, it’s fishermen union an internal issue, AD Fisheries

Sopore December 14: Sopore Fishermen on Monday labeled allegation against Fishermen department and Fishermen community’s in Sopore North Kashmir Baramulla District after allegations, they conducted a team by fisheries department.

Reports said, earlier Fishers department had issued a list of housing under the scheme of PMMSY ( Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampadha Yojna for Fishermen community, but some Fishermens had make objections and labeled allegation each other .

It is pretaintely mentioned here Fishermen department had mentioned below on the list, ” if an any objection he or she should be filed in the office of undersigned within 7 days positively, after which no claims will be entertained.

Fisher community’s President Farooq Ahamd Dar told Kashmir citizen that, Farooq Jabbar Dar who is creating mess in whole Fisher Department and fisher union and said to be get illegal housing loans. He is forcing department to conduct illegal survey to sanctione cases. He said

AD Fisher Department Monday Shafi told KNO, we had constituted a team including Media persons, Fishermen union, 4 inspector Fishers Department and conducted a survey again.

He said after received complaints, some families have not appeared in the list. He added we did survey again, all deserving families will be included.

Despite all claims, Shafi also refuted allegation of Corruption in the department.
