Srinager, Mar 13: Terming him the biggest threat to the peace and brotherhood, BJP Minority Morcha Chief Spokesperson, Hilal Jan demanded stern punishment against former UP Shia Board chairman, Waseem Rizvi.
Jan in a statement issued to GNS said that “Waseem Rizvi is promoting enmity between religious groups for seeking removal of the verses from Quran that he says promote violence.”
“Not a single alphabet can be removed from the Holy Quran till the doomsday,”Jan said, adding, criminals like Waseem Rizvi must be book under stringent laws.
Hilal Jan remarked said, Rizvi was was promoting religious tensions by hurting the sentiments of Muslims.
He said that Quran has been revealed on Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and it is source of guidance and peace for the whole world.”Waseem Rizvi is a devil in human shape and must be punished,” he further said. (GNS)
