Cofee and Kalam here on today held Writting Session for Young writers of Kashmir Valley in Srinagar in which Dozens of young writers from across the length and breadth of the Kashmir participated.
In the Event Several writers from three prime languages of the state; Kashmiri, Urdu, and English recited their works. The organizers said the session was aimed not only to regain the lost utility of our social spaces but also to provide a platform for aspiring writers.
Speaking to the Reporters on the Sidelines of Event, President Coffee and Kalam Mohd Akeel Bhat said this is beginning of a new journey. We intend to hold such events in future also. He hoped that the young writers of valley will give more exposure to Kashmir and the Kashmiri literature at the national level in the coming days.
Young Writer Sagar Aasif on the occassion said that Such events should be held from time to time as these afford us opportunities to communicate with our youth in a direct and unhindered manner. Vote of thanks was presented by the President Coffee and Kalaam on the occasion.
