Sopore July 27: Panzala Police on Monday organised a meeting with a group of all citizens, masjif Auqaaf, traders federation, transpoters and respectable of different villages falling in the jurisdiction of this police station here as part of the exercise to create awareness about measures to prevent spread of COVID19 pandemic.

A statement said the meeting was chaired by Station House officer Panzala Mudasir Shafi and other officer.

The interaction was attended by respectable citizens including members of Traders Association Rafiabad and other civil society members of the area, said the statement.

“The main aim of the meeting was to seek cooperation from general public in adherence of the guidelines as well as health advisories issued by the district administration from time to time for the prevention of COVID19,” said the statement.

It said the officers advised the shopkeepers and businessman to take necessary precautions and strictly follow the guidelines issued by the authorities while dealing with customers. The participants were also requested to make use of masks and practice social distancing norm.

Various issues discussed especially to fight with the pandamic covid 19 in comming days on eve of Eid Ul Zuha. Briefed them to follow all the guidelines/SOPs given by the govt  I.e from tommorrow to shopkeepers and transporters to maintain social distancing with face masks. No Eid prayers will be offered in any Eidgah/ masjids while talking to molvies of the masjids.

Also thanked all the people for there kind cooperation  and coordination with with J&K police in the end the meeting was concluded with special duas for the world to save from this pandemic covid 19 and forgiveness
