Doda, June 22 (KNO): A Dhok Defence Committee (DDC) member, which was raised on the pattern of Village Defence Committee (VDC) received a gun-shot injury under mysterious circumstances in Jhompari village area of Bhaderwah sub-division of Doda district.
Officials told news-agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the injured have been identified as Gopal Nath who was present in a seasonal Dhok with his livestock where he received a bullet injury. He was immediately rushed to hospital.
“We are investigating the matter as the said member have received bullet injury under mysterious circumstances,” a police officer told KNO, adding that the investigations are underway—(KNO)
