Baramulla : The armies of India and Pakistan again on Tuesday evening exchanged heavy gunfire along the Line of Control in Balkote Hajipeer Sector Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that both the armies exchanged small weapons initially. “Now heavy firing started in the Hajipeer Sector, panic created among the villages living along LOC.”
SSP Baramulla Ab Qayoom also confirmed to KNO the fresh exchange of shelling in Hajipeer Uri Sector and said that no loss of life or injury was reported immediately and heavy firing going on both sides.
It is pretentaly mentioned here that After killing of Five Para troopers in Kupwara Indian army targeted Pakistani army positions in Hajipeer Uri on LOC Heavy cross border shelling and firing in the area.
