MEGA MEDICAL CAMP AT VILL S K PORA ON 20 JULY 2019
Today: In continuation with the efforts of the Army to connect with civil population and help them constructively, Army Camp Dharmuna , 2RR Bn conducted a Mega Medical Camp at S K Pora for extending medical assistance and support to the locals.
It consisted of 6 specialist doctors in the field of medicine, dental and gynaecology.
DC Budgam too extended her support in this cause by nominating MO soibug for the camp.
The camp was visited by 412 patients(112 male,214 female & 86 children) along with their families for treatment of various ailments.
The locals were extremely happy with the effort which ARMY has shown to organize this camp for them.
A demand for organizing more such camps were asked by the locals.
This initiative was appreciated by awaam.
Such endeavours help in maintaining sound bond b/w army and awaam.
