Kulgam, 02, April 2020: Today on 02-04-2020 Police Station DHPora recieved a complaint from Tehsildar DHpora that some persons from Village Ahmadabad were violating prohibitory orders and they were asked to be inside their houses on this they assaulted the govt officials on duty. In this regard Case FIR No. 31/2020 US 188, 269, 353 IPC stands registered in PS against three accused persons.
Police Station Kulgam booked one violator, in this regard case FIR No. 49/2020 US 188, 269 IPC stands registered in PS.
Kulgam police has once again requested the general public of Kulgam to follow the restrictions imposed by District Magistrate in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and those who are violating the restrictions imposed under 144 CRPC will be dealt strictly.
