Martyrs Sports festival concludes in Sopore

Sopore, Dec 20: The closing ceremony of martyrs police sports festivals were held today at khushal stadium sopore, which started on 22th of October 2020 at DPL Sopore. 

On the closing day, final matches of cricket, football and volleyball were played. Worth to mention that various games including cricket, football, volleyball and other games were played during the festival. 

On the occasion SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal and DySp Sopore felicitated DAR players of winning and runner up teams with the trophies and Cash prizes, however players with best performance during the tournament were also awarded by the officers. 

On the occasion ADC Sopore, Parvaiz Sajad and members of various Civil organizations of Sopore including Economic alliance, civil society, traders federation, fruit growers and dealers association sopore and members of Sopore Media association were also present. 

SSP sopore while interacting with the players, congratulated the winner and runner up teams and expressed that police is commited to give boost to the sports and other youth development activities in the area and channelize youth energy in positive manner, he also thanks the players, spectators and other people were present during the occasion.
