Baramulla: A teen aged girl drowned in river Jhelum in Uri of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday evening.
Reports said the girl identified as Rubeena Bano (16) daughter of Anwar Shah resident of Dachi Uri drowned in river Jhelum this evening.
The girl was sliped into Jehlum while she was grazing the cattle.
“Police was informed immediately that the teen age drowned in the Jehlum and searche operation was launched with the help of locals to find her body.
It is Pertinently mentioned here that the on sunday a boy was drowned is Jehulm his body yet to be traced this is second episode in district Baramulla in last three days .
