Heckling Incident: J&K Students Association Delegation Calls on SSP Dehradun

SSP Dehradun assures safety to Kashmiri students

A day after Volunteers of JKSA were heckled in Dehradun and were not allowed to distribute stock and groceries among students, a delegation of J&K Students Association led by Spokesperson Nasir Khuehami here on today called on SSP Dehradun Arun Mohan Joshi and discussed Issues of kashmiri students with him.

During the Interaction with Students Body, SSP Joshi has offered all possible support to Kashmiri students who were running out of essentials Commodities and are feeling insecure. He said that he is committed to ensure the students that they will be providing them the best of the support in every regard.

He urged Police officials to remain in constant touch with the educational institutions where Kashmiri students are studying. He asked them to remain vigilant and keep in touch with both Kashmiri students and the heads of the institutions where they are studying.

Joshi assured Spokesperson of Assocaition, that all possible steps are being taken to ensure their safety and security in view of reported incident. He said that he has also been closely monitoring the situation. He assured delegation that there would be no threat to them here.
