Sopore October 21: Police Commemoration Day-2020 was observed in District Police Lines Sopore to remember the brave Policemen and other Security Force Personnel, who sacrificed their lives while discharging duties. Rich tributes were paid to the martyrs. On this occasion SSP Sopore Shri Javaid Iqbal-JKPS, SDPO Sopore Shri Raja Majid-JKPS, SDPO Rafiabad Shri Nissar Ahmad-JKPS, DySP (DAR) Shri Ghulam Mohi-ud-din, DySP (Ops) PC Sopore Shri Mohammad Amin-JKPS and other officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police, IRP, CRPF and NOK’s of Police Martyrs were present.
SSP Sopore while speaking on this event said that the whole pariwaar of J&K Police are proud of the sacrifice made by the Police Personnel in the line of duty and are committed to ensure the welfare of the NOK’s of Police Martyrs.
