South Zone Police Srinagar acted swiftly on the complaints of Sanantnagar Housing Colony residents and got around 25 youngsters who were unnecessarily roaming in the area at odd times.Complaints about mischevious activities like smoking , rash driving, shouting, etc in the residential areas by the youngsters in the odd times were being taken seriously and Special teams
formed consisting of SDPO Sadder Shri Shabir Khan-JKPS & SHO Sadder Raies Hasan acted swiftly by identifying around more then two dozen youth of such activities.
At Police station their parents and respectables of the area were called and they were given counselling.Through proper guidance they were made to understand the good behaviour and posititve channelizing of their energy.
The Parents of the youngsters thanked Police and residents of the area were appreciative for the swift and positive response by the Police.
SP City South Zone Dr. G V Sundeep-IPS assurred general public of the area that this exercise will continue for the betterment of the society in general and youngsters in particular.
