Srinagar
Two militants were killed in a gunfight with government forces at Drabgam area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday.
Army’s Srinagar-based spokesman, Colonel Rajesh Kalia said three militants have been killed in Drabgam encounter.
The identities of the slain militants are yet to be ascertained, an official said.
Earlier, the police officer said that the encounter broke out after the joint team of army, SOG and CRPF launched cordon following “credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area on Monday evening.
